3 dresses for 40 year old with big tummy - which one?

I would like some advice about a suitable dress to buy for a dinner (not formal) where I will be meeting people who I haven't met in 5 years, during which time I have aged and acquired a significant tummy.
My saving grace is that my legs are still ok bar the appearance of a varicose vein on one leg but I'm hoping tights will cover that up.

I have lived in tracksuit bottoms for about 6 months due to illness and my tummy has ballooned out of all proportion to the rest of me (think Homer Simpson).
My bust is 34.5, and my waist is about 29inches. I have no bum to speak about.
I have always dressed well and am finding my transition into old age a little difficult to deal with.
I've come up with these three. I know that you can't comment with much certainty without actually seeing me but if you were seeing me after years at an informal meetup, which would you recommend?

Zigzag dress

Linen dress

Lace dress

TBH I think a lot of these are trying too hard with shape. The best disguise dress is the Karen Millen one with the diagonal wide stripe. Bold prints are best

Op I bet you'd look great in a playsuit too.

A similar style to this for casual wear (going off tangent! 😁)

I think fit and flare is good for a belly as it shouldn’t cut you in half: (sorry for massive urls, I’m on mobile and too tired to do better)

I dislike anything frilly and I prefer a pencil shaped skirt. I hate floral or fluffy lol. I'm very fussy about my clothes not being fussy! I prefer straight lines and simple. I had another look at the Karen Millen one with the diagonal black stripes and that is very much my style too but I have issues about things being tight around my neck. I was actually about to buy it yesterday (I think it was posted on page one) as I have a fabulous long black coat which also hasn't had an outing!

It's the second link from this poster. I also like the first one linked actually and I like the last dress too but it's just too short.

This is the long coat I have which I could wear with the striped Karen Millen dress. The only problem is that this trip involves a short flight so I'd probably have to wear the coat on the flight as it's very heavy!!!!

Long coat
