Looking at returning to work after about 10 years at home and to say I'm nervous is an understatement. Roles I'm looking at will be p/t customer service sort of roles, my wardrobe probably works fairly well for the actual roles (I wear mostly midi dress) as long as I update my trainers for shoes.
I'm stuck at what to wear for interviews though as I feel like I should go smarter but I don't want to look really dated. Also I'm finding it especially difficult as I'm much bigger than during my previous working life (16/18) and I can't wear trousers due to c-section overhang. Skirts never look right on me either. I'm thinking I need a blazer but would that work with a plain midi dress?
Any suggestions or links?
