Avoidance of ghostly pale skin ( readhead) i n winter.... products to use ...?

I am cool toned redhead. I dont tan ,but i go a pale healthy buiscuit like colour in summer.
I winter, i look like a pale ill milkbottle.!
I hate winter and want to up my game and make an effort.
Is there a good facial/ neck tanner i could use please that just gives a teeny teeny bit of colour? I cant use bronser, its too brown and just makes my skin look dirty.
Not too expensive would be ideal!

Am also going to sport a brighter lipstick ( a red ) to avoid disapearing in winter .
The darker colours such as navy or karki coats etc just dull me and so i need to make an effort to be brighter all round. Thanks!!!

I'm a red head too, I use tanning drops from tan luxe.
Add two drops a night to serum and put moisturizer over. Works really well.
Think they are not the cheapest but I have had same bottle for well over a year and still going strong.

Skin deep self tanning wipes. I think these are totally awesome! No streaks and subtle colour. Im very fair and never tan, these make me look healthy. I use one wipe and liberally rub it like a wash cloth over my face and neck. Also super cheap!! I buy mine from
