squeaky Campers

I've just spent my Christmas money on a pair of shoes like these (can't find exact ones with a link that'll work, mine are nicer, they're brown and the sole matches).
They are absolutely lovely, but the rubber soles squeak nastily on our floor tiles and I'm worried they'll carry on doing so at work, making them a bit useless. They were a real splurge (I had a 25% off voucher, but they're still very expensive).
Does anyone have experience of this with Campers? I'm hoping it'll wear off after I've worn them outside and sort of rubbed off the soles a bit, but I'd hate not to be able to wear them because of the noise factor. I daren't do a test run by going outside, in case I have to send them back .

I see... I thought you were clearing me up, after some new 1hr time limit, and felt a bit miffed.
Thanks, then, for the favour!
Still gazing wistfully and wonderingly at squeaky shoes.

Hi, I have a pair of Campers that squeak on SOME floors (but mostly not.) I notice it in a couple of shops. It doesn't bother me. Maybe they'll be ok at your work.

Thanks bettybeetroot, I'm going to keep them, as I can't bear to part with them.
Will test them soon at work, though perhaps not during next week's invigilations!
