I think it may be this dress with a lacy camisole underneath. Also think she may be wearing a size up.

I wouldn't say she's wearing the lace camisole under the dress (as a separate top) as the straps are attached to the lace and not the leopard print part of the dress, I think it's one piece.

If you zoom in on the other pics in that article you can see a leopard print strap and a black strap so I'd say it's that Levi's dress with a lace body underneath.

I don't understand how the lace is laying over the strap if they were separate pieces (if you see what I mean?)

Also, Helen's dress is more yellow than the Levi's one and is a deeper v neck.

Yes the lace looks like a trim and she has a dark bra underneath
