White leather trainers with a low tongue?

Normally love my supergas but they get dirty so easily and are hard to get bright white again – I'm looking for a leather alternative but they all seem to come up quite high against my ankle.

I'm short, so I value the extra skin on show above the tongue to lengthen my leg... any ideas?

Marks and Spencer have (or had this summer) 4 or 5 white leather in different styles and I bought them this and last year. Bought after a lost suitcase last year in a 5 min mad dash and was so impressed with them/comfort compared to other brands as the tongue is, as you say, short. Thinkk they were around 36 pounds.

I have the same problem. Kids shoes are often the solution. However I managed to find a adult pair this year in leather by Superdry on their ebay outlet. They are off white/cream in colour though.

They're nice, but that's an even higher tongue than most I've seen... I'm on the hunt for the opposite 😊

I have Legero ( with a wee zip at the side ) They don't come up too far at the front and the tongue itself is a contrasting skin tone colour which looks good on.
Sorry, I can't do links.

Maybe it’s just the picture, the tongue is small. I’m short too so get the issue. Normally long tongues stab me in the ankle too which can hurt.

I'm looking for these too.
I've been wearing vans in the summer as they do some low ones but I need something leather for the winter.

I love things like Stan Smiths but the long tongue puts me off. Same with gazelles.
