Boys smart/casual shoes not trainers

Does anyone know where I might get smart casual shoes (not trainers) for a 9 year old boy? Ideally on-line as rural and little access to shops. All I seem to find are school shoes or trainers.

River Island and/or monsoon had some, not a lot of range though

Might also be a time of year thing - it's all Back to School ranges at the moment. If it's not urgent try in October when the Autumn ranges come in...
