Seriously dry and frizzy hair - any recommendations?

Peri menopausal (I think) and hair like cotton wool! Also quite fine and thin so anything ‘oily’ makes it looks lank and greasy.

My usual shampoo/conditioner is doing nothing - I don’t dry it, but where in the last it would fall into natural curls, not it’s just frizz.

has anyone found a really good shampoo/conditioner that actually works?

DM used this in the 1960s. It's still going strong because it works. Worth a try.

Sadly vitapointe was discontinued last year, if anyone has been able to buy any recently please let me know! My 99 year old gran has used it her whole life and isn’t enjoying the alternatives I’ve suggested for her.

Herbal essences bio: renew coconut milk shampoo and conditioner has helped mine loads. Got it on offer for £3 a bottle at Asda!

Have you tried the curly girl method?
I just condition mine with cantu conditioner then put in cantu leave in conditioner.
in my 50s and hair has never been better.
only need to wash once a week now as it never gets greasy.
mid im in a rush and need to dry I use babyliss brush styler.

The only thing that helped my frizzy hair was a Brazilian Blow-dry 😆
I have one every 3 months and don't need to use straighteners anymore.
I wash blast with the dryer and it's done with.

What workerd for me was k18, and bumble no bumble invisible oil and Lee Stafford Coco Loco with Agave Blow & Go 11-in-1.
I have spent a fortune on products over the years, olaplex did nothing for my hair.
I hope you find what suits you.
