Sunscreen to use over the ordinary products without pilling or greasiness

Hit me with your recommendations please

I use buffet serum and vitamin c derivative something glucoside recommended ok to use together in the am
Usually use Nivea baby 50+ white bottle but leaves me looking a bit ill. Something a bit more matte would be nice.
Others I've tried so far cause pilling

I work outside and use retinol in the pm so must be at least factor 50

Also as i barely wear make up and have brown skin it mustn't leave any whiteness.

Thanks!

I really like this www.boots.com/vichy-ideal-soleil-mattifying-face-dry-touch-spf50-50ml-10188864?cm_mmc=bmm-buk-google-ppc--PLAs_HeroCompare--Toiletries_Sun-_-UK_Smart_Shopping_Toiletries_Sun&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI3Jq-ndLd-QIVL4BQBh07zAiVEAQYASABEgJSvfD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

It’s really light and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy at all. It sinks in quickly without leaving the white cast.

I really like Thank You Farmer sunscreens, it’s a Korean brand I order from Cult Beauty. Although it’s SPF 50 it hues on really well over products without any pilling.

I also like La Roche Posay in the tinted light version - also SPF 50.

Thanks unfortunately i tried a Vichy that was pilling hell so I'll give that thank you farmer one a go :)

Oh gosh really?! I’ve honestly never had a problem ☹️.

I use this one. It’s a spray so shouldn’t pil at all. Can be used over make up too.

I have La Roche Posay Anthelios 50+, goes on very smoothly, looks a bit white but that goes off.

ShangPie · 24/08/2022 18:49

Came here to recommend the spray La Roche Posay that @DottyPeacock suggested. It’s a very light mist that you spray onto your face. Often on promo too - I get a few at a time for the car, bags, by the front door etc

I like supergoop unseen sunscreen and
Isntree hyaluronic acid watery sun gel. Both go on smoothly without pilling and no white cast. Supergoop stings a lot if it gets in my eyes though.

The problem might be with the Ordinary vitamin C serum, which is known to pill. I’ve switched to a different one. Shame really because I love the price point of the Ordinary but the vitamin C formulation is really not nice.
