You might have tried it but I’ve been enjoying the plantar 39 caffeine shampoo. Seems to make my hair look thicker even if it’s psychological!

No problem, I suffer from hair loss due to alopecia, neither of these shampoos make your hair grow back but in my experience they both made what I had feel and look thicker. Texture powder is quite good too.

I didn't like nioxin. I have got thin patches and the nioxin made the hair that i have got much more wiry which is not a good look...think a half felled forest!

HRT and focus on your diet. Good hair comes from within. Don't fall for all of the marketing bullshit out there.

I agree with this. Nature doesn’t need you have luscious locks anymore and doesn’t want fertile males wasting time on you (or me!)

I have very fine, limp hair, and shampoo bars seem to work better on me than normal shampoo. I think they don’t rinse as cleanly and the residue coats the hair and gives it more body. I do have to use a clarifying shampoo every few shampoos to stop it going greasy.
