Inexpensive good sulfate free shampoo?

Have been using Faith in Nature lemon snd tea tree and really like it, however, with a family of 5 and long haired girls it doesn't go very far. At around £10 for shampoo and conditioner (used the lot on a 10 day holiday) it soon adds up.

Is there anything similar that doesn't coat your hair but maybe slightly cheaper?

Natural World is great - they do huge bottles in the big Tescos.

or Palmolive one is also nice

I'm saying sulfate free....I'm not 100% what it all means but I do know that I have fine hair that's flat and gets oily and dd has dry hair prone to frizz and we both like it.

Herbal essence do a few, less than a fiver. Not sure of exact price. I've been using it for a while now.

I find with it you really do t need much either. A small drop goes a very long way.

I got a 5l bottle of faith in nature shampoo online a year or so ago. It was half price so only about £20 or so for the 5l with free postage. Have a Google. Amazon sometimes do the big bottles on offer too. I found the conditioner didn't make much difference so use normal conditioner which makes it cheaper overall.
