Pharmacies in Italy - what to get

I've seen many threads on what to buy in French pharmacies and now wonder if there are any products I should look for whilst in Italy, either some niche Italian brands or things like Tretinoid that is prescription only in the UK. Grazie mille!

The only thing I can recommend is OKI ketoprofene powder sachets and the same brand throat spray. Always stock up when I’m there.

I always stock up on Marvis toothpaste.

I can't remember the brand but they might have a few different ones. They sell this gel in a big tube that is a tan extender. No idea what it is exactly but it gives you a deep, natural even tan. I use it after tanning but it's not a gradual tan. Some sort of tan enhancer.

Here is what I stock up on:

Tachipirina 500mg (max dose you can get over the counter)
Melatonin tablets although you can get those in the supermarket
grinTuss syrup is the most effective cough syrup EVER
Some sort of propolis supplement for the winter
Rinazina Aquamarina nasal sea water spray
Vicks Sinex Aloe spray
and lastly Vicks MediNait that will knock you unconscious in minutes.
