Cool-toned powder eyeliner pencil

Can anyone recommend a powder eyeliner pencil like the Charlotte Tilbury Classic but in a cool-toned colour ie navy or charcoal. The CH pencils are perfect for base of lashes then smoking out with powder eyeshadow but since I went grey the brown colours make me look tired and the black is too harsh. Gel doesn't work so well for this technique and most of the traditional wax and kohl pencils I've tried lack the intensity of the CH pencils.

I’d like to know this too, I still mourn the loss of Elizabeth Arden smoky powder pencils!

I've got an Avon glimmerstick in a nice grey recently and I actually really like it. Lovely and smooth and a nice grey. Maybe worth a punt?

Thanks for the suggestion Mortonpup. I don't think the Glimmerstick is the type I'm looking for. There are a lot of good gel and wax pencils around but I want a powder type with good colour intensity that can sharpen to a lasting point to do a smoky eyeline with powder shadow. I have just tried the Jones Road in Navy which is pretty good but not up to the Charlotte Tilbury Classic, also Jones Road is expensive and difficult to get hold of.
