Get rid of freckles / Lentigo on face?

Hello all.

I have these either side of my face near my eyes, I'm wearing less make up recently as it's hot so I'm really noticing them. I'm 35.
Should I try to lighten or remove them?

I've been wearing sunscreen everyday since 29yrs old but the damage was done before that tbh!

Are they ugly?
I've got freckles pretty much all over my forehead, arms etc.

No they're not ugly.

I can't imagine anyone else notices it tbh.

No! I flippin love freckles, which is a good job as I’ve got about half a million of them.

I only look tanned when my freckles join

Freckles are beautiful why would you want to remove them. I henna them on

I think cute little freckles dotted over the nose, under the eyes are cute. Not these massive brown things that are all over my face, they aren't cute at all. Well, maybe when I was a kid!

I was just wondering if there was a way to remove them and if anyones done that.

I appreciate everyone's nice comments though.

Those freckles of yours are lovely. I'm very envious but it's your face ultimately. Hope you find something.

I had quite a large brown lentigo mark on my cheek. Creams didn’t do anything so I went to the local hospital laser department who do private work and had one treatment (originally thought I would need two or three.) it cost about £60 and was very red and crusty for a week or so but completely disappeared.

Looks like sun damage? Go to a proper facalist/ specialist and get it treated. High SPF every day.
