Pale blue shirt dress

I went to a party yesterday and a girl was wearing a beautiful pale blue spotty shirt dress. I have been trying to google it all day and it was the most similar to this Zara dress but a much paler blue, like a powder blue. Does anyone have any ideas where it could be from?

I'm still trying to find this dress if anyone has any ideas? Have tried Shein but nothing similar.
