Selling Mulberry Bayswater - where?

Any bag gurus who can point me in the right direction? I’m selling my mulberry Bayswater in Oak house I want to get some funds together to buy another Chanel bag and my Bayswater is the bag I use least. I have the original receipt and dust bag etc just want to find somewhere reputable to sell it as heard too many EBay horror stories. Thanks 🙏

There are several Facebook groups but otherwise NPN as previous poster said, or The Finer Things Aberdeen are both good options.

Bear in mind you won't get very much for it, likely around £300-£400 depending on condition.

Thank you I’ll have a look, though if only getting £300/£400 I’ll probably keep it as that doesn’t dent much into the cost of the new Chanel

Search for Mulberry in Facebook and join a couple of the larger groups. They’re pretty strict about photos & descriptions but it means you’re much less likely to get time wasters. I’d try that before NPN otherwise you will pay a lot in commission.

Look at the Mulberry website, they buy back bags I have not looked into it so do not know the process, but if they only give credit towards another mulberry at least you will have some idea of a resale price.

You won’t get a better seller than Labels Most Wanted .

I agree with the Facebook groups. The big ones are very well run. I sue them quite a lot.

I just sold a Mulberry Lily on vinted for £450. I did have a couple of ridiculous offers from people who wanted it for £250, but it sold at the price I listed it for in about a week from when I posted it. Unlike NPN and eBay there are no sellers fees.

www.handbagclinic.co.uk gave me a good service. I had to send in photos, they made and offer and I sent the bag to them at their expense.

Thats good you’ve managed to sell it. Personally, id never sell anything more than about £20 on Vinted due to scammers. Too much to lose on anything more expensive.

Yeah they buy back for 25% of what you paid them:

Please note: the quote will be equivalent to 25% of the last known selling price of the bag, or 25% of your original purchase price if you supply a proof of purchase.
