What do you think of this dress

Just saw this dress in Uniqlo but worried it might be a bit shapeless?

I think it looks really pretty. I am too old and too chubby for it, but if I was younger I would wear it.

It looks like something you'd dress a toddler in for a family BBQ where your overbearing mother who likes to see little girls wearing pretty dresses will be drinking copious amounts of gin and make copious barbed comments about your parenting choices.

It looks too high on the boobs tbh, does the underbust elastic actually sit under your boobs or half way up them?

I don't think they're very figure flattering dresses, in that they make you look a little shapeless, but I have loads of them, as they just feel so cute and carefree. I often get compliments wearing them.
