I have a wedding to go to in a couple of weeks.

Someone has been extolling the virtues of dermaplaning to me, is it as good as she says for brightening and anti ageing? If not, hit me with recommendations for another beauty treatment which will make me look young and fresh please.

I just saw the title and was thinking dermaplaning or threading. Basically either of those make such a different to my make up application. I'm not even particularly hairy faced.

Does the hair grow back differently, like when you shave your legs ?

Also I usually get a sample of charlotte tilbury magic cream For events as it makes my skin glowy. Not sure it does anything long term mind

I've not notice that but it's been a few years since dermaplaing. The threading it doesn't as you're not breaking the hairs.

This is what I’m scared of. She says not.

I have a lot of downy hair on my face thanks to a combination of borderline disordered eating for years and age but it’s blonde so not immediately obvious. I’m a bit scared that it will grow back thicker and darker.

I don’t even know what threading is to be honest. I thought it was like plucking your eyebrows.

Use some Dennis Gross peel pads starting now, and get a Caci facial the day before the wedding.drink lots of water too!
