Frizzy hair

Hi I am looking for advice on my hair. It's always been fine. But for the last few years it is so frizzy. It is awful. I have a great cut and colour and within a couple of days I have a frizzy head of hair again. My hairdresser seems to do a great job but the frizz ruins it.

I am in my late 50s. Definitely got worse with age.

Can anyone help? Willing to try any products!

rinse with cold water after washing - it flattens the cuticle.
leave longer between washes - as long as you are able. You can do co-washing instead of washing (e.g. conditioner only) - this is less harsh than shampoo only and can help you go longer between shampoos. Dry conditioner is also good between washes to help you stretch out your wash cycle.

I’m 54 and suffering the same issue, it’s getting worse. My hairdresser does a great cut, then about 3 weeks later my hair goes bonkers!
I’ve just ordered V expensive shampoo and conditioner- Keretase discipline. Hope I haven’t wasted my money!
