Grey shoes - Ivory Dress

I have just bought some shoes for my wedding, our wedding theme colours are greys and soft purples like lavender. However I am now thinking they will look silly with my ivory dress? would look lovely on the bridesmaids with their lavender grey dresses though!

Will they go or should I start again?

I must be getting old. My first thought was 'oof I couldn't wear those all day'.

They fit with your wedding theme colours, so if you're happy that works with ivory these are no different.

Is your dress short enough that your shoes will be visible?

My dress is floor length so they won't even be seen, I am just having a bride freak out aren't I. Take a breath.

They are supposedly really comfortable but I will be getting something else (flat) for the dancing part of the day.

They are beautiful shoes, but look decidedly uncomfortable. As you will be on your feet all day you might want to either wear them round the house to get used to them or buy something more comfortable.

The designer is renowned for making comfortable wedding shoes or so the hype has me believe. I intend to take them to work though and wear them in for a few month.

Fingers crossed o haven't just fallen foul of good PR.
