What shoes with this dress

I have an Indian wedding to go to in October, in Turkey and have bought the dress below for the Sangeet.

On the invite it says: "bright colourful formal wear (don't shy away from Indian wear) and bring your dancing shoes"

So what shoes should I wear? I'm 5'2" so happier in heels and can dance all night in them so it's not a problem.
I have most colours/styles of shoes but would also be happy to buy a new pair if something really stands out.

The first pic is the one from the website (no idea why she's posing like that) and the 2nd pic is me in the dress but without hair or make up, etc. I'm also thinking about a stack of bangles to go with and will sadly be accessorising with a changing bag rather than something beautiful

Gold bangles & gold shoes?

I like the gold shoes in the picture- so something like that? Or are you hoping to avoid open shoes?

I think have some good shoes, I'll dig them out. To be honest, I hadn't even noticed the shoes the model is wearing! 🙄 I just tried them on with nude heels and they didn't look right, so I panicked because they're my go to! I blame baby & toddler brain!

Could I clash pink with the orange or would it be too much?
