Looking for a dress for some upcoming black tie business functions. I don't want to spend more than £300. My ideal would be a close fitting maxi dress that shows off my small waist and has sleeves that will hide my flabby arms. I have no cleavage to speak of. I prefer strong colours to stand out from the inevitable sea of black at these events.
