I don't usually click on social media ads but this caught my eye, it's not cheap but I have no idea if it's actually any good, has anyone used it?

I’ve just found your post as I was searching to see if anyone has tried it. Did you ever get it @WildFlowerBees . It’s quite expensive so I’m hesitant in case it doesn’t work!

ThreeImaginaryBoys · 30/01/2023 16:18

My sister swears by it. Says it's fantastic.

I use Fussy which is along the same lines and think it's great.

If you can get over the mental hurdle of rubbing cream into your arm pits, yes, it's good. I think it does reduce sweating, even though it's not an anti-perspirant, and it certainly does more to reduce smells than other 'natural' deodorants.
I'd recommend getting the thing you use to squeeze it out of the tube, otherwise it's soooo difficult to dispense.
It also doesn't contain bicarb, which I find gives me a rash.

WonkyFeelings · 30/01/2023 16:29

It’s good, I use it.

I’ve used the Mitchum ultimate for so long I’m not sure if I’d struggle with something that isn’t an anti perspirant….i like the sound of it though and it does get great reviews. The Mitchum doesn’t make all my bras go white though

WeeM · 30/01/2023 16:31

Mitchum does make my bras go white that should say

WildFlowerBees · 30/01/2023 17:37

@WeeM yes I got the samples, worked ok but I wasn't keen on the scents or having to put it on with my fingers.

I'm now using Wild which is brilliant.

That’s interesting thanks, I’ve read about that one too. Might need to give one of them a shot just to see how I get on.

GyozaGuiting · 30/01/2023 23:18

I didn’t get on with wild, it really made me itch! I also found I got through a refill in 3 weeks, and £5 every 3 weeks is loads when my £1 sanex lasts me a month! It also really stained my clothes.
I might try this one though if there’s no bicarb!

I've got the orange one (can't remember it's name but reminds me of Molton brown smell).

It's useless for me, disappointing as was expensive.

I've used. AKT for about 6 months now.
Does reduce under arm sweat, but you still perspire.
They are not overly perfumed, you tend to get a neutral smell.
You do need the tube squeeze/roller, but don't get the credit card applicatior, waste of money. (I did and regret it)
The applicator from veet does a great job, it's curved so flows under the arm better.
Overall it's reduced underarm perspiration onto work shirts and doesn't yellow stain, whites etc.
If asked to score 7/10

I use it and am now on my third tube. I love it and won’t use anything else now. The only time I need a second application during the day is if I shower and go out for the evening, otherwise it lasts all day for me. I use the device to help you squeeze out every last drop and I find it helpful. Glad I purchased it. To me, it’s only a mild inconvenience having to rub it in with your fingers, I use the opportunity to check for lumps and bumps. (I don’t work for this company, I’m just a happy customer).

JaneyGunn85 · 27/11/2024 10:04

I tried it. It's OK. Doesn't smell very much of anything. It's like a thick paste that you have to rub in. Packaging is recyclable - but not reusable like fussy so this makes it less environmentally friendly (reuse is always better). To get some you have to sign up for a subscription but they don't send a reminder so if you don't want a second tube remember to cancel. It's very expensive for what it is.
