How would you describe this haircut?

What should I ask for?

Last 3 haircuts I've tried to describe this and not got what I wanted.

This time I even showed the picture...

A choppy Bob? But I would just go to a different hairdresser and take the picture.

I've now tried 3 different hairdressers...

I have been triangular ( I say please don't make me look like a bell) but now rectangular

Inverted bob. Although the best description is a picture. If they want to know how to cut it there are YouTube vidoes from actual salon trainers but basically over direct all the hair back to the base of the scalp and cut downwards as if you were doing layers.

This is my favourite ever cut to do. So simple and quick but looks stunning when it's styled correctly.
