How do i leave a review for a next item?

I feel I’m being thick but can’t work this out.

i’ve googled and it says go into my account and click “review items”. But I can’t see such a tab. I’ve gone into my orders to see if I can click on the items and do it but still can’t

I usually get an email a few days after from a separate company if I've shopped online asking me to review. Not sure how it works if you've shopped in store though

Thanks, it was an online order. I’ve looked through my emails and can’t find anything. Not sure why they make it so difficult. 🤷‍♀️

Just had a look and the email is from a company called Feefo. I'm sure I get them every time I shop, strange you haven't

Thanks, nothing from them either. I’ve just paid the bill tonight so maybe the email will come,soon.
