NARS - radiant creamy concealer or matt complete concealer?

Hello,

I've been using radiant creamy concealer (RCC) for ages, it's the one in the glass tube with the stick applicator. I use under eyes, round nose and chin (red marks from old spots)

Is the matt complete concealer (MCC) any good? Could I use this as a foundation as well?

Difficult to compare prices as one is done by liquid volume, the other by weight!
