Nice but fairly cheap holiday clothes

We're going to Greece in a few weeks, it's going to be HOT, both day & night!

I'm good for day clothes but need some holiday type evening clothes. Nice for a meal out but not too fancy. I don't want to spend ££££ because the things I'm looking for you have pretty limited opportunity to wear in the UK, so thinking about £25/£30 max per item.

Early 40's, size 14, a bit Duchess of Cambridge type of style! 😄

What have you bought recently that's really nice? Thinking dresses, tops, wrap skirts, that type of thing. Bonus points for links!

Not too short due to less than desirable thighs!

I got some things for holiday in the John Lewis sale that would fit the bill. Otherwise try the Next holiday shop.

Make sure you're buying natural fabrics - cottons, linens, some viscose can be ok. I tend to go for dresses, and have quite a few from Cos. Also linen ts (Cos and Massimo Dutti). You should be able to do quite well in the sales. Also, if anyone's in Spain, check out Oysho (as well as Zara and Massimo Dutti) - cheaper and often better quality than we get here - I often buy stuff while away in Europe.
