Please help me find shoes and a bag

Hi my brother in law is getting married 6 th August.
I've found a maxi dress to wear but I'm not sure what colour shoes and bag to go with it.
I'm thinking royal blue or maybe pink.
Any help will be appreciated.

And I'd go for a blue bag
