DH has been battling with illness and has put on some weight on his tummy which he’s conscious of. We’re going on holiday soon and I’d like to get him some nice t-shirts which he’ll feel good in.

Does anyone have any recommendations for nice mens t-shirts that aren’t super baggy and shapeless but won’t cling to a tummy? Something that is a little tighter on the arms than a regular baggy t-shirt.

I keep seeing some come up on Facebook but they’re quite expensive so I’d like to find a cheaper alternative. Thanks.

I just looked for this post hoping you’d had some good replies as I’m looking for the same thing! So bumping hopefully…

I think a polo shirt that is a bit thicker is more flattering than a thin tshirt.

The main thing is that it fits nicely, so it doesn't cling or ride up.

Espionage do some nice t shirts & polo shirts. 100% cotton. Look on eBay for new ones. They start at around £14.

Fruit of the loom 100% cotton are also nice.

DH loves the polo shirts from superdry . It's a cliche but he does look good in them despite ahem expanding his waistline a fair bit the last few years. Hes a M/L in other brands but XL superdry, their sizes are tiny. They also wash well and last.
