Smart top/T-shirt to go under jacket

Hi
I have been looking long and hard for some T-shirt type tops to go under jackets (office wear). I don't want anything too bulky and something with simple but ideally with some simple detailing such as a lace or scalloped edge. It must be V or scooped neck and in silk, cotton, something breathable.
I don't want a vest type thing as that is very bare when you take a jacket off and worse still requires the jacket to be regularly dry cleaned if it's next to your arm pits. But this is the sort of look I am after with the jacket on IYSWIM.
Ideally black, white and cream.
Happy to pay £££ for the right thing.

I got a few from the M and S collection range. I wasn't expecting to find any there but I always get masses of compliments at work when I wear them!

I like Saint and Sofia t-shirts but they're a bit pricey.
