Bikini or cozzie for UK size 6 with DD cup?

Everything seems to either:

  1. Be too small in the cup but fit me perfectly everywhere else
  2. Too big
I’m a UK 6 and 28DD bra. I’m petite. I would really appreciate some recommendations! Preferably under £25 (I won’t wear it often but if it’s pretty I may pay more). Thanks!

Have you looked at the Curve bikinis from Abercrombie & Fitch? I’ve not tried them but they say they’re to fit larger cup and smaller band sizes. I’m currently hunting for similar for DD who is a size 4, 26DD, and extremely difficult to fit.

Same size as you here, and I’ve just ordered some bikinis from Freya (usually get my bras from them and they are a good fit). They have a reasonable selection in a 28 back and bottoms in an xs (I’m a size 4-6 and they are mostly ok on me). Possibly over your budget but they do last well.

Might be worth looking in their outlet section too - if for example they have a top and no matching bottoms, you could try Googling or Amazon to see if you can find a match?

Thanks everyone!
@IaltagDhubh I’m a 4 on the bottom but more of a 4-6 on top. I’ve heard of the brand but not the range. I’ll have look!

@Askinvillarblues I have a couple of Freya bras so I’m not sure why I didn’t think about them for bikinis!

Bravissimo and curvy Kate do bra sized swimwear and you buy the bottoms separately so you can get your correct size.

And ASOS do fuller best swim wear which might have some more fashionable stuff

I had success with M&S for DD.

There's a website called Brastop that does bikini separates with proper cup sizes. They sell a range of brands (some of which have already been mentioned) at discount prices.

I think it’s difficult to buy cheap bikinis in bra sizes…. They tend to be string bikinis with triangle tops. For glamorous ones look at Boux Avenue and Pour Moi but they’re probably over budget.

Belle lingerie sells separates in bra sizes

Freya, Cleo, and Curvy Kate are all good for small back/big cup swimwear. They're over your budget but you can always find bargains on Brastop, Belle Lingerie, or in sales like Next and John Lewis online. Worth checking eBay too for new old season stock in unusual sizes.

I buy separates and mix and match sizes. I wear string bikinis so a bit more forgiving fit wise.
