HELP!!! Plus size fashion hunters ASSEMBLE!

I have a really important meeting on Wednesday and I need a blazer for over this dress:

I'm a size 22, im dressing it down with nice white trainers (need to wear trainers as I have an ankle injury unfortunately that prevents heels) so I need a blazer or something over it??

I need a sleeve whether that's a blazer or a cardi but just think a blazer would be better but have NO IDEA what colour or shape to go with??

That's a gorgeous dress. I'd go for an edge to edge jacket rather than a buttoned blazer which I think would be too formal?
Maybe with a ruched sleeve? Like this from M&S in sand (link seems to go to the black one which wouldn't be right with the dress in my opinion anyway?
