My hair has been in terrible condition since having DS, all ropy and dry but oily at the roots (it is medium-length and quite thick). I have tried numerous shampoos and conditioners but they just seem to make it more lank. I have a very sensitive scalp so need something gentle. I just want to have nice, light, shiny hair! Please can anyone recommend any products...

Boots do a great, 97% natural dep conditioning hair mask called Naked Rescue. it smells fab, and transformed my shredded wheat into something resembling nice hair.

You shampoo, rinse, slather it on, wrap your hair in a towel for 15-30 mins, and rinse.

Hey Presto, silken locks.

Can recommend Kerastase - there's one for a sensitive scalp. It's a bit £££££ and I think you can only get it in hairdressers - but I find it does the trick.
