Hi am sure I have seen threads on this before - what can an 11 year old ( with eczema) use to try to control pimples

Looked at la Roche posay Effaclar but do t really know what ingredients to look for

Inkey list salicyclic cleanser has proved better than cerave SA cleanser (less aggressive and drying, more smoothing) for my DC

Came here to say the same. You can really tell when my tween has remembered to use it and when they've not.

Thanks @FunnyTalks I wasn't aware of this brand but have found it and it looks good !

I also find when she exfoliates once a week with the tea tree exfoliating cream from Superdrug that helps.
