Short fashion cycling shorts

Can anyone tell me where to get some shorter length cycling shorts fashion ones rather than actual ones for cycling in?

I have some from primark that sit about an inch above my knee but I keep seeing people in short ones that are about mid thigh

Ideally to wear under a baggy tshirt

I saw some in Uniqlo on the weekend
