Help me find something to wear under a low cut dress

Wearing this dress for an event: www.irisfashion.co.uk/products/orli-mini-sundress
You can't tell from the pic but the front opening is actually very deep (on me at least as I have a short bust so the cut looks longer) and even if I tie it up, it's still way too revealing. What type of top or bra would you wear underneath to partially conceal the breast?😅It's a work event so don't want anything too sexy but also don't want it to look like I have another layer of clothes underneath iyswim.

thanks!

I’d put a few tiny stitches in the front so it doesn’t drop down as low (fellow short-torso’ed person here so I feel your pain!). Or perhaps a nude slip so it’s not too revealing but also doesn’t detract from the dress itself.

For that, I'd just stitch it up as it looks like you don't need that much room to get your head through. Or buy a nude slip in the shortest length from M&S

I thought about stitching but I am really RUBBISH at that and didn't want to ruin it!

I have a dress that does this, especially now I've lost weight. I have a tiny brooch in the same colour as the dress and use that. for a different dress I bought a bodycon sun dress from Primark and wear that I instead of a slip.
