Is there a cream or exercise which will help tone up my skin in 6 weeks?

Callanetics? Firming cream? Squats? Pilates?
I'm eating well, lots of salad and water but what can I do from a toning point of view on my legs tum and arms? What's the best bet?

HIIT? I've toned up loads doing 20 mins per day. There are loads of arm toning videos on YouTube. Try FitbyMik barre arms. She also does videos targeting legs/bum/core as well as general HIIT stuff.

'toning' is what people usually say when they mean developing muscle and losing weight, so that muscles are more pronounced. Is that what you mean? Or are you talking about skin texture?

If you want to improve your skin texture lots of moisture in the form of drinking water and a basic body lotion will make as much difference as anything else. There's no cream on earth that will 'tone up' your muscles, something with an exfoliating ingredient will help reveal new skin.

Body brushing and Nivea Q10 body firming. I think there are some body tightening wrap treatments. Fasting is very good at 'drying' the body.

I've got some of the nivea which I'll start using up. I've never used it for long enough to notice a difference.

Was also looking at the palmers one, is one better than the other? Something else?

Doing some pilates and mini band routines from you tube. Wondering whether to dig out the old callanetics routine too? So many people say it works.

Weights are what you need - you can definitely improve your muscle tone in 6 weeks. Try Caroline Girvan on youtube with dumbbells or kettlebells.

The problem is it’s so easy and tempting to think we can “buy” the solution, or rub it on like a cream or lotion. The bad news is, you can’t. The good news is the solution doesn’t actually need to cost anything other than commitment and effort.
