I sometimes go up a back size if I can't get the cup size. Should I do this with sports bras? or should I squeeze into the smaller cup size. I have found that the sports bra I'm currently using is taking the weight from my shoulders.

(I'm a 34 JJ btw)

got a 32H sports bra in John Lewis and a different one from Bravissimo - sexy - no but practical.

What do you reckon JingleyJen? If they didn't have a 32H would you go for a 32GG or a 34H? Sportbrawise.

I would try on a 34GG and see how it fits but I would also shop around brands because they all fit slightly differently.

gibberish - i have the enell one too and it's absolutely fab. sometimes wear it under normal clothes as cuts nork size by about half - note to self don't get run over by bus while wearing it. would frighten ambulance crew.
