I had a pair similar to that. They were from Additions a few years ago. in brown. Next did them too.

I recall trying some (as far as i remember identical to these) in clarks - and so might be worth hunting in Brantano as they have many of clarks end of lines; also might be worth seeing if one of the clarks/K factory outlets is anywhere you can get to?
