Spider veins on face - treatment recommendations?

I'm 51 and have some quite noticeable spider veins around and on my nose and have started looking into getting them treated/removed. Local to me there seem to be 2 options laser or some kind of injection thing - has anyone successfully got rid of theirs and would recommend their treatment please?

Sclerolatherapy which my my leg ones worse
IPL or laser, friend had laser and worked well
Possibly veinwave, had this on my leg veins though not massively successful

IPL worked for me.
