Casual summer dress for broad shoulders and narrow hips

I've got hardly any summer clothes as I don't know how to dress my broad shoulders and narrow hips. The flowery, floaty dresses that are in at the moment would look ridiculous on me because of my figure. I feel like very feminine and delicate styles just draw more attention to my broad shoulders and narrow hips.

Please help me find some casual dresses or outfits that don't make me feel frumpy. Maybe something more urban? I really don't know. I'm size 12/14, 5'6.

it’s very cheap, but would something like this work? The vertical stripes work to offset wider shoulders, not overly feminine, and it is nipped in at the waist.

if you have long hair, wearing it loose on your shoulders will give you more confidence that they aren’t drawing attention.

Thank you that shape will be good to give the illusion of hips. It would be even better if it had arms though. I know that would probs make the shoulders look bigger but I feel too showy with my arms out.
