I need a long sleeve blouse to go with this skirt

What type and colour would go well with this skirt please?

I'd wear this, in real life what's the cut of the skirt , is it flowy or straight? What style do you like and finally body shape

That’s a beautiful colour @GettingStuffed I had been looking at lighter colours like pale yellow or sage but weren’t happy with the selection hence posting. Maybe I should be looking at bright colours.

It’s not flowy but it has a little bit of a swish when walking if that makes sense. Body shape - I’m a rectangle and have a big stomach so the shape of the top and the belt looks ideal.

I wouldn't wear a long sleeved blouse with this. It's too much of a statement. I'd wear something quite plan. Maybe a loose slash necked t shirt in a silky fabric, Uniqlo have some nice ones.

I have to cover my arms so need long or 3/4 sleeves.

Well then I would get a long sleeved tshirt of some kind because I just feel a blouse would be the wrong texture/style for the skirt, and overpower it, unless it was very plain?

Yes I'd go for a loose understated colour top in sage green that flows in nicely with the fabric and fit of that beautiful skirt.

Possibly a lightweight denim style shirt/blouse?

I don't think a long-sleeved blouse would be right with this type of skirt - too formal. As a pp said, maybe try for a long-sleeved top/t-shirt instead.

A fitted top with elbow length sleeves? Possibly low or scoop back, or not. I like your idea of colours; sage or pale yellow I think you said.
