I'm starting to see signs of ageing on my neck skin it's only slight but want to try improve the appearance if I can. I'm already have a basic fairly good skincare regime, use sunscreen and drink lots of water. Is there anything else I can do? Any amazing products or aesthetic options?

First you need to understand the physiology and anatomy of your neck. What makes a neck look old is not only the skin, but the loss of muscles underneath .

This can be aggravated by phone usage when the flexing and bending of the neck creates folding which will turn into wrinkles.
Keep your chin up, do some exercises for the neck and don't look down on screens to avoid a wrinkly neck.
Look at improving your diet. Nutrients rich food such as colourful vegetables and less animal meat and fat which are pro inflammatory and accelerate ageing.

Thank you that's good advice, I definitely look at my phone to much so that is probably a contributing factor Blush I will look into the neck exercises to, it's something I hadn't really considered that might help.

Agree with @MatchaTea and also recommend Prai neck cream.

Depending on type of aging, this is also an area that can be treated with profhilo- I haven’t yet had this, but probably will try on my neck first - or do 2 areas of face & neck.
