Are Salt-Water sandals worth the price?

I'm contemplating buying a pair of Salt-Water sandals but just wondering if they are worth the price tag?
I'm looking for sandals that are comfortable to wear for long periods, in hot weather and good in the rain (our holiday destination is hot and humid with a likelihood of heavy rain).
Thanks in advance.

I have some that dh bought for me, I wanted a nice colour but he got me the most awful tan/beige colour, I've had them years and have only worn them 3 times. I feel like a toddler in them as I can make that slap slap sound as I walk.

I have very wide feet and find them wide enough to the point of being a bit loose.

Like others I find them incredibly comfortable on my feet but I wouldn't use them for long walks because of the lack of shock absorption, my hips would hate me.

My tan ones are good as new after about 10 years, silver less so because they have a white inner sole and stitching which gets grotty.

What size are you op?
I'm a 5 so buy the kids ones, loads cheaper!
My favourite pair are 5 years old and still look brand new

Where do you find kids ones in a 5, please? I can never seem to find them.

I have several pairs and they are really comfy. I wore them round Disneyworld for two weeks and had no pain at all. Never had any blisters or discomfort.

Shockingly they are very comfortable even for long walks, despite being flat and not cushioned. I’ve had mine for about five years now I think. The only thing is that so many people have them (including me). They’re a bit of a summer school run staple where I live.
