Where to go to find what colours suit me?

I just don’t have an eye for colour, I’ve watched all the youtube videos on skin tones and I just can’t tell what makes me look best. Makeup, hair colour, clothes, I wish I had set go-to colours that I know suit me.
Surely there are people out there who I can go to and who will tell me what colour to get my hair done, what eyeshadows etc look best?

I don’t mind paying a bit for it as it will be a one off thing! Can anyone point me in the right direction?

House Of Colour

Wow, thanks! Just looked them up and they look perfect, although granted I did say I am willing to spend a bit for it - they ARE pricey!

Does anyone know of a slightly more budget friendly version of this? A more realistic budget for me would be up to £300ish max.

I think House of Colour (just the colour consultation) is under £300

Not used her but her services seem more reasonable

Styled by Susie. It was all online, had to send photos etc. Absolutely worth it.

Colour Me Beautiful consultants are cheaper than House of Colour

When it comes to makeup there's a cheap way to know where you stand. Go to a MAC counter (try John Lewis because they have a lot of experience) and get tested in MAC Studio Fix Fluid (that's a foundation). You don't have to buy it, it's just to know what you are. For example, I'm NC15 which is light with a yellow undertone, so I'm warm.
Warm people tend to look better in pink (eyeshadow, blush, etc). The pink tones down the yellow. Too much yellow and I'd look sick. Overall I look better in cold makeup because because my skin's very warm.
Knowing what you are: cold vs warm or neutral, you can go online and see what you get. So, using me as an example, I'd search clothes/eyeshadow/lipstick + warm skin+brown hair+brow eyes.
