A rare foray into S&B.
Memorial service for my mum in a few weeks. Quite informal in terms of dress and certainly not all black (for context, mum wore a bright red dress to dad's funeral ten years ago).
I've recently got a lot more into wearing dresses and bought this one specifically for the memorial but in person it's a bit darker than I'd expected. My absolute favourite dress is one with dinosaur skeletons on it from Joanie but I think even I draw the line at a dress with bones all over it at a death-related event!
I'm wondering about some yellow flat shoes; maybe even trainers would work? The fly in the ointment is that I prefer if possible to buy clothes either second hand or from fair trade producers. So my choices are a bit restricted.
But if anyone has ideas about the type of thing I might look for I can start scouring eBay...
