ISO this dress I saw- Blue dress with cut out waist

Ok so saw this at work event and couldn't ask the service user where it was from!

It's a mid blue jersey t shirt dress with two small cut out notches at the side waist.

I can't find it. It was mid length had a sewn waist band (not a straight t shirt dress) I guess she was a size 12 and 35- 40s.

Can anyone help!

Same cut out at the waist and similar colours. but it was a casual jersey dress and had a full back . Kind of thing I'd got to Tesco in and I don't think I'd go Tesco in The Reiss one
