Got my highlights done in a very Expensive salon as decided to treat myself ! Long story short they hadn’t patch tested me for a root colour for a root smudge ! Had to go back today for root smudge and the girl has basically put the root smudge on and loads of dark lowlights which are slightly coppery ! I looked better going in than out! How can I. Get this dye out quickly ? Any good shampoos for use in house to do this?

A hairdresser once told me that anti dandruff shampoos strip colour pretty quickly.
But I would really be going back and asking for them to fix it.
You shouldn't pay for something that's gone wrong!

Head n shoulders. And complain to the salon.

Happened to me and I would say wash daily with a deep cleansing shampoo as it is the only thing that worked for me - tresemme deep cleansing as it strips hair. I also used some actual dye remover products in superdrug. (Before doing more to it though wait and wash as much as possible as a lot comes out. I eventually went in for a colour correction where they bleached it all! And then dyed on top. It was awful. Try and wash it out as much as you can and then dye if needed. Maybe some highlights again).

This happened to me recently. I googled and found this www.holleewoodhair.com/vitamin-c-hair-color-remover/

It's basically a mask made of crushed effervescent vitamin c tablets and head and shoulders. It definitely helped and got my hair a bit lighter. You can buy colour strippers online but my hairdresser advised against them as they're full of chemicals.
