School reunion - what to wear?

30 years since I left high school and they are holding a reunion I'm being brave and going but I need something to wear 😩

It an evening bbq, dress code is anything goes.

Trouble is I'm a farmer and spend all day in jeans and wellies (don't actually possess a dress that isn't a ball dress!)

I'm 48, size 14 and a confirmed apple shape with large norks. Good legs though 😂 going gray with shoulder length hair

Please oh stylish ones have you any ideas of advice of what I can wear? Either dress or trousers and top that won't make me look like a lollipop!

Got 2 weeks to find something, budget up to £100.

Hi, I’m sure there will be more advice along in a minute but I didn’t want to read without responding.
I’d say wear something that you will feel confident in, I tend to live in jeans so when I go out I adapt that to smart trousers and a top/tunic with a cardi or fitted jacket over.
I do lots of shopping on ebay so can’t advise on high street stores.
Maybe also choose a statement necklace or handbag that will be a talking point ?
If you are comfortable in yourself it will come across and you are more likely to be chatty and that is what people will remember. But if you are wearing a dress you keep trying to adjust and uncomfortable heels it will come across in your face.
Are you happy when you wash and style your own hair or is it worth booking a hair appointment ?
Painted nails and make-up always make me feel more finished too.
