Is the Dyson Air Wrap worth it?

I've got shoulder length frizzy hair (caused thyroid/menopause) and I keep looking at the Dyson air wrap. I'm not sure if it would improve my hair and its expensive at £450. It would be the curling barrels that I think I would use the most.
Any experience of using it - is it worth the money?
Thanks.

Huge waste of money for me. The only fancy bit of it is the curling wands. The curls look great for about a minute and then just drop out like nothing ever happened. Total waste of time and effort.

It is a terrible product, and should be sold at like £80 max, it was an absolute joke as when the item arrived the box was heavier than the actual Dyson airwrap. When you hold it in your hand it is super light weight, but the parts don't attach properly. And if you have Afro hair it does not do the job as it is not powerful enough compared to say a Parlux hairdryer which is like only £110 and used by professionals. Save your £££ss and don't listen to those paid for Youtube ads

Can I ask, do the curls hold once done?
I'm trying to justify the cost!

Nope. They drop out before you even leave the house.

It's rubbish. Don't buy it. The hairdryer is worth it to me but the Airwrap wrecked my hair.

Oh that is super interesting I have not tried the Dyson Hairdryer only the Dyson Airwrap that is currently being heavily advertised. And I have to say the Airwrap is not worth the money at all and there are better products on the market for a lot less money, such as the range from GHD or L'Oreal steam pod
